Return & Refund Policy

At B’s Needs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Because our products are handmade, small-batch, and personal-care based, please review the policy below before purchasing.


Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email us at bsneeds573@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Unopened items returned within the allowed window

  • Orders damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

  • Missing items

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bsneeds573@gmail.com.
Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
We will replace or refund the affected item.


Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare, soap, or body products

  • Custom or special-order item

  • Sale or clearance items


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different product, please place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
