Shipping policy

At B’s Needs, every product is handmade in small batches. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
During holidays, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

We currently ship within the United States only.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.


Warm Weather Notice

Some items (such as tallow-based products) may soften or melt during transit in warmer months. If melting occurs, simply place the product in the refrigerator to allow it to firm back up. This does not affect product quality.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

B’s Needs is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes or provide replacements for misdelivered packages.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.


Local Pickups


Local pickup may be offered at select times. Pickup details will be provided after checkout.
